2. What Shoperts Does (and Does Not Do)


What exactly does Shoperts handle on my behalf?

Shoperts manages consultation, sourcing, vendor coordination, customization guidance, quality checks, packaging, and international shipping.


What does Shoperts not control?

Shoperts does not manufacture garments directly and cannot control customs decisions, courier delays, or minor artisan variations inherent in handcrafted products.

How does the Shoperts process work?

1. Share your style, budget, timeline, and inspiration (image, link, or description).

2. A personal fashion consultant prepares a tailored quotation.

3. You review, approve, and pay.

4. Shoperts manages sourcing, tailoring, quality checks, packaging, and shipment.


Do I need to know exactly what I want?

No. You can simply share a vibe, occasion, or reference image. Your consultant will guide you.


How long does it take to receive a quotation?

Most quotations are shared within 3 business days, depending on complexity.



4. Customization, Sizing & Fit


Can outfits be customized?

Yes. Customization may include size, color, sleeves, neckline, dupatta style, and embellishment density, subject to feasibility confirmed before approval.


How do measurements work for overseas customers?

Measurements can be submitted via a standard sizing chart, custom size measurements or via our AI measurement tool with optional fit notes.


Who is responsible for final fit?

Shoperts reviews measurements carefully, but final fit responsibility rests with the customer. If the size changes after production or delivery, minor adjustments may be needed.


Are unstitched, standard stitched, and custom stitched options available?

Yes, depending on vendor availability.



5. Fabrics, Quality & Craftsmanship


Can I choose or change fabrics?

Where applicable, consultants guide fabric selection based on season, comfort, and occasion.


How does Shoperts ensure quality?

Each order undergoes quality checks covering stitching, measurements, embellishments, and finishing prior to shipment.


Will my outfit look exactly like the reference image?

Slight variations may occur due to handcrafted work. Any expected differences are communicated in advance.



6. Pricing, Payments & Quotations


How is pricing structured?

Pricing may include product cost, tailoring, Shoperts service fee, quality checks, packaging, and international shipping unless otherwise stated.


Is the quotation final?

Yes. Once approved and paid, pricing is locked unless changes are requested.


What payment methods are accepted?

How long does an order take?

Timelines vary by product type. Estimated delivery windows are shared before approval.


Do you offer consolidated shipping?

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Courier name and tracking number are shared once the order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order after payment?

Changes may be possible early in the process. Once sourcing or production begins, changes or cancellations are generally not possible.


Do you offer returns or refunds?

No. Due to the personalized, consulting‑led nature of Shoperts services, returns and refunds are not offered on completed orders.

Yes. Shoperts follows strict data protection practices and shares only essential information with vendors to fulfill orders.
