Our platform connects style-conscious customers abroad with trusted fashion experts on the ground in Pakistan, using technology to deliver a personalized, transparent, and seamless cross-border shopping experience. As we scale, we’re building a strong remote team across regions and we’re now looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to help drive customer acquisition and conversion.


What You’ll Do

As the Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll own how customers discover, understand, and convert on SHOPERTS. This is a hands-on role focused on performance marketing, content creation, and funnel optimization in an early-stage startup environment. You’ll work closely with the founder to build and refine growth systems from the ground up, balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

Growth Marketing & Customer Acquisition

  • Own the full customer acquisition funnel from awareness through inquiry and conversion

  • Identify, test, and scale high-impact acquisition channels for an early-stage startup

  • Translate a complex, trust-based service into clear, compelling, and confidence-building messaging

Performance Marketing (Meta & TikTok)

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Instagram & Facebook) and TikTok

  • Test creatives, copy, and audiences to improve cost-per-inquiry and conversion rates

  • Set up and manage retargeting campaigns to drive repeat engagement and conversion

Content Creation & Creative Execution

  • Design and edit static and short-form video content for paid and organic campaigns

  • Create scroll-stopping creatives aligned to platform best practices and seasonal demand

  • Collaborate with the social media manager to align organic content with paid growth efforts

Conversion Optimization

  • Audit website and inquiry flows to identify friction points and drop-offs

  • Improve landing page messaging, calls to action, and inquiry experience

  • Ensure analytics, tracking, and performance measurement are correctly implemented

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on key growth KPIs on a regular basis

  • Analyze performance, extract insights, and recommend optimizations

  • Use data to guide experimentation, iteration, and strategic pivots


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing

  • Hands-on experience managing Meta and TikTok ad campaigns

  • Strong content creation skills, including design and video editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools)

  • Solid understanding of customer acquisition funnels and conversion optimization

  • Experience working in startups or early-stage environments

  • Comfortable moving quickly, testing often, and working with limited resources

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing to diaspora or immigrant communities

  • Familiarity with South Asian consumer behavior

  • Experience with service-based or trust-heavy products
